At Old Quarter Travel, customer satisfaction is our top priority. This Return & Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds or changes may be applied when booking tours or travel services through our website.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be granted in the following cases:

The tour is cancelled by Old Quarter Travel due to force majeure (weather conditions, government restrictions, safety concerns, etc.)

The customer cancels the tour within the allowed cancellation period stated in the tour description.

Services are not delivered as confirmed due to our responsibility.

Refund eligibility depends on each specific tour and service.

2. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation fees are applied as follows:

More than 7 days before departure: Full refund (minus transaction fees if any)

3–7 days before departure: 50% refund

Less than 3 days before departure or no-show: No refund

Some tours, cruises, trekking, or special services may have different cancellation terms, which will be clearly stated on the product page.

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following services are non-refundable:

Last-minute bookings (within 24 hours before departure)

Promotional or discounted tours marked as non-refundable

Visa services, flight tickets, travel insurance (if applicable)

4. Changes & Rescheduling

Date or service changes are subject to availability

Requests must be made at least 48 hours before departure

Additional charges may apply if prices change

5. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days

Refunds will be returned to the original payment method

Transaction or bank fees (if any) are non-refundable
